Professor of Law at ANU Kim Rubenstein discussed with David Speers the constitutional imperatives in the High Court ruling against Katy Gallagher.

The historic ruling changed the game for a number of MPs resulting in a further three resignations.

Ms Rubenstein told Sky News the decision raises the question of accessibility to parliament because of the different laws and regulations around the world.
